Skip and Craig head to 15-day DL

Skip Schumaker and Allen Craig are headed to the 15-day disabled list. Nick Punto, who has been injured himself and had no playing time since early spring training, and Mark Hamilton, who wowed fans in spring training with his bat and play at first base, will be added to the roster.
