Yesterday was the first day of full-squad workouts for the Cardinals. And, from the looks of it, the team is pretty loose and having fun while getting down to business. Need proof? Just take a look.

Leave it to Berkman to lighten up the mood upon his arrival this morning. He arrived donning all-black attire, aviator sunglasses, a shorter haircut and a mustache. Rest assured, the mustache was fake, and it didn’t make it through the full workout. Asked afterward what was up with the disguise, Berkman played the comedy card: “I don’t know anything about that. There are some people who saw a dude walking around here. People have asked me about it, but I don’t know who that was or how he got in here. We might have to check with the security people because they must not be doing their jobs.”
