The St. Louis Cardinals arrived at spring training 1983 in St. Petersburg, Fla., to prepare for defending their World Series championship in the upcoming season.

Whitey Herzog, Bruce Sutter, Darrell Porter, Ozzie Smith — here they all are along with several of their Cardinals teammates, doing stretches and jumping jacks in all their tight powder blue uniform and red satin jacket glory, accompanied by Bruce Springsteen’s “Glory Days.”

The only drawback? The video’s not nearly long enough … and there aren’t nearly enough jumping jack shots.
